Sally has worked in the private and public sectors domestically and across Asia-Pacific. Before starting Delta Advisory, Sally was General Manager, Government Relations, Industry and Regulatory Affairs for Australia Post and Government Relations Principal at Telstra. She joined Telstra after nearly a decade in the financial services sector working in policy and government relations.

Sally has worked internationally as an advisor to the Thai, Philippines and Mongolian governments. She is an experienced diplomat, having served in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and as a diplomat in Indonesia and Solomon Islands.

She is a non-executive director for Regional Australia Bank and Vice President of the Australian Professional Government Relations Association, and has previously served as Deputy Chair of both the Domestic Violence Crisis Service and Canberra Rape Crisis Centre. She is a mentor with Mentor Walks.

Sally holds Masters in Commerce and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in political science and economics.

 Mia is a seasoned government relations professional with expertise across corporate, not-for-profit, and diplomatic sectors. She has a deep understanding of political and regulatory processes, allowing her to navigate complex environments and shape policy outcomes for a diverse range of clients.

With a strong foundation in strategic advocacy, Mia has worked with an extensive list of ASX100 companies, private family owned firms, industry bodies, and international organisations to align business objectives with government priorities. She combines analytical insight with practical experience to engage decision-makers, influence policy debates, and manage regulatory challenges.

She is skilled at building trusted relationships, crafting compelling narratives, and facilitating meaningful dialogue between business, government, and the broader community.

Mia has a Bachelor of International Security Studies from the Australian National University, where she specialised in Arabic and Global Security.

Passionate about political strategy and effective communication, Mia brings a solution-focused approach to government relations, delivering results for clients. 

Kate is an experienced executive leader with a strong background in event management, business management and politics.

Kate has extensive experience in event management, particularly in overseeing large-scale industry conventions and executive-level forums. She was responsible for managing the Customer Owned Banking Association’s flagship annual Convention Program, a premier event in the customer-owned banking sector that brings together key stakeholders, policymakers, and industry leaders. 

Kate's ability to coordinate high-profile speakers, manage complex logistics, and deliver engaging content helped establish the convention as a must-attend event for the sector.

Her experience extends into the political arena as well, having previously worked for Senator Marise Payne, providing her with valuable insights into governmental processes and stakeholder relations.

David joined Delta Advisory after gaining experience operating in federal politics. His experience in politics has equipped him with strengths in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and customer services.

Client focused, David brings a strong understanding of the way in which local communities, businesses, NGOs and the government engage with one another and shape outcomes.

With a strong understanding of the political environment, David also brings his academic background in political science and marketing to the team with experience in campaign planning, client positioning, and political and policy analysis. 

David’s skills in navigating political impacts on a wide range of organisations and business bring strength and perspective to our team.

Jeremy joined the team at Delta Advisory after gaining experience in roles across both federal and state politics, including as an electorate officer for the Attorney General Michelle Rowland and the NSW Premier Chris Minns. Through his background in political roles, he has developed key capabilities in campaign organisation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications.

Leveraging those skills and his developed political knowledge, Jeremy brings a key understanding of the policy development process and how Government and stakeholders intersect to drive policy change. Currently undertaking a Bachelor of Economics and Advanced Studies (Honours), Jeremy combines his passion for economics and policy with practical experience in political dynamics and strategy. 

Alongside his academic background, Jeremy serves as President of the University of Sydney ALP Club, where he has developed leadership experience, including in organising events with Ministerial guests and building networks of engaged campaigners. Jeremy’s skills in navigating the policy landscape and interpreting economic and political impacts strengthen Delta’s capability to deliver outcomes for our clients.
