An experienced diplomat, Sally has served in Indonesia and Solomon Islands, and advised the Thai, Philippines and Mongolian governments. She is a non-executive director for Regional Australia Bank and President of the Australian Professional Government Relations Association.
Mia is a government relations professional with experience across corporate, not-for-profit, and diplomatic sectors. She has worked with ASX100 companies, private family-owned firms, industry bodies, and international organisations.
Her experience includes working as a locally engaged staff member at an Embassy in Canberra, strengthening her ability to operate at the intersection of policy, diplomacy, and public interest outcomes.
Kate is an experienced executive leader with a strong background in event management, business management and politics. She oversaw the Customer Owned Banking Association's flagship annual Convention Program - a premier event bringing together key stakeholders, policymakers, and industry leaders.
Prior to COBA, Kate served as Diary Manager and Electorate Officer for Senator the Hon Marise Payne.

Her legal background brings nuanced insight into regulatory reform, specialising in parliamentary inquiries, negotiations and reviews requiring sophisticated stakeholder engagement and strategic positioning.
Alicia is a strategic communications, advocacy and stakeholder engagement leader with 18+ years’ experience across health, not-for-profit, education, infrastructure and membership sectors. Skilled in media relations, executive communications, brand strategy and large-scale engagement programs, she builds trusted relationships with media, government and industry leaders to amplify organisational impact.
Alicia has led national campaigns and high-performing teams, translating strategy into compelling narratives that drive positive outcomes for communities across Australia.
Olivia is a project and event management, communications and stakeholder engagement professional with 25+ years’ experience across government, higher education and cultural institutions.
She began her career in event management with the InterContinental Hotels Group in Canberra, before spending 22 years at ANU across events, digital marketing, research communications and web development — work centred on public policy, law, diplomacy and international relations, and focused on connecting researchers with policymakers to support evidence-based, research-informed policymaking. Most recently, she was Senior Exhibition Coordinator at the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House.
A self-described politics geek, Liv speaks five languages and is a keen traveller, hiker and fan of cinema, books and theatre.
David joined Delta Advisory after gaining experience operating in federal politics. His experience has equipped him with strengths in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and customer services.

Jeremy joined Delta Advisory after gaining experience across federal and state politics, including as an electorate officer for Attorney General Michelle Rowland and NSW Premier Chris Minns.
He serves as President of the University of Sydney ALP Club and brings a deep understanding of the policy development process and how government and stakeholders intersect to drive policy change.
Gabi joined Delta Advisory as a Government Relations Associate after internships across federal and state Parliaments, including with the Hon. Jacqui Munro MLC, the Hon. Chris Rath MLC and Julian Leeser MP.
She is completing a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics, with interests in foreign policy, trade and fiscal strategy. She studied on exchange in Spain, where she topped her class in several subjects.
